Ala is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ACA). He brings over 20 years of extensive experience in audit and advisory, gained through roles with Big Four firms across the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and Saudi Arabia.
Throughout his career, Ala has worked across a broad range of sectors, including financial services, investment, telecommunications, media and technology, real estate, manufacturing, consumer goods, and healthcare. His tenure as Group Finance Director for a leading conglomerate in Saudi Arabia provided him with critical insight into audit and finance from a client’s perspective.
In January 2025, Ala joined LYCA, where he continues to apply his deep industry knowledge and strategic expertise to support organizational growth and financial integrity.
