Abdulaziz Fathi Abdulaziz Mahrouz holds a Bachelor of
Commerce (Accounting) degree and is a Fellow of the Egyptian Society of
Accountants & Auditors (ESAA) as well as a member of the Egyptian Tax
Society. He has over 17 years of professional experience in audit, accounting,
and assurance services.
He also holds a certification in International Public Sector
Accounting Standards (IPSAS) from the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and
Accountancy (CIPFA), UK, with advanced knowledge in applying international
standards across both the public and private sectors.
Abdulaziz has worked with leading audit and professional
services firms, including BDO Saudi Arabia, PKF Saudi Arabia, Crowe Horwath,
and Mazars – Egypt, where he has been involved in executing and managing audit
engagements across various sectors, including commercial, industrial,
investment, and public/government entities.
His expertise includes handling complex assignments, leading audit teams, and ensuring compliance with professional and international financial reporting standards, supporting the preparation of high-quality and reliable financial statements
